Visitors to Greater Friendship Baptist Church worship services experience a varied and prolific demonstration of our love for Jesus Christ. Ours is a soul-stirring style of worship that includes singing, dancing, drama and congregational participation. We invite the full expression of praise into our worship setting, and we encourage all to participate.

OUR DIRECTOR OF MUSIC: Our Director of Music, Dexter Pitts is a native of Deltona, and  is a great source of inspiration with a wealth of musical talent. We are blessed to have him as our Director of Music at Greater Friendship Baptist Church.

SANCTUARY CHOIR The Sanctuary Choir is comprised of devoted men and women, 18 years of age or older, who have been called by God to a worship ministry. Rehearsal: Every Monday - 6 PM to 7:30 PM Membership is open to all baptized believers of GFBC

YOUTH CHOIR There is no more dynamic youth choir in Volusia County! These dedicated youth, ages 5 to 18, have been anointed with the gift of worship through song, which they openly express, Rehearsal: Most Wednesdays, 7 PM To Verify rehearsal dates/times: Call 386-252-0322

PRAISE DANCERS Our Praise Dancers, under the direction of Mrs. Keturah Thompson, range in age from 5 to Adult. Their colorful and creative costumes, lively dance steps and spirit-filled presentations take us to higher heights every time they perform. To register for the next rehearsal, call 386-252-0322.

MALE CHORUS There is nothing so exciting as being led in worship by our Male Chorus. Their diverse repertoire invites every soul to celebrate the goodness of God. Rehearsals: Mondays 7:30 PM

DRAMA MINISTRY The Drama Ministry is our newest form of worship headed by Ms. Chipella Strickland. The group performs several times a year, and looks forward to developing both full and short productions to enhance the worship experience.
